LEXICON GOES TO THE GENESIS OPEN
Comprehensive Digital Campaign Drives Awareness of Luxury Partnership
CHALLENGE
As one of the most revered stops along the PGA TOUR, the Genesis Open brings the world’s best golfers and their biggest fans together for a week of luxurious on-course experiences. When Lexicon—the chosen audio partner for Genesis premium vehicles—wanted to leverage their involvement in the event to drive awareness of the partnership and the all-new Genesis G70, they turned to Amplify.
SOLUTION
Amplify began by creating a comprehensive digital advertising campaign plan that centered around brand awareness.
Our first step was to work closely with the Lexicon team to gain a better understanding of the Genesis G70 consumer. We used this insight to refine a few target audiences that would later be used for our digital ads.
Next, we used footage from a previous shoot with Lexicon and the Genesis G70 to produce two short video clips that highlighted the luxury of Genesis and Lexicon and the premium car audio system. The copy we crafted to accompany these videos centered around the event, the partnership and the luxury of this award-winning vehicle.
Once our audiences and assets were approved and in place—it was off to the races! Our Digital Marketing and Social Media teams launched and managed the campaign over the weekend of the event and created a detailed report once it came to an end.
RESULTS
Overall, the performance of this campaign significantly surpassed our goals and expectations. Our reach was 2.6x higher than expected, and we garnered 1.9x more clicks to our landing page than estimated.
